We manufacture to order.  This means that we don’t start building your feeders or parts until you order it.  Generally, we ship within a week of your order, but at times it may take up to 2 weeks to ship.  If you need an order expedited, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with our quality products. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please call for a return authorization number (RA#) prior to shipping the product. To receive proper credit an RA# is required. A product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, unused, in the original box and undamaged.  Then, credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price and tax less a 15% restocking fee.
 
Most items will be shipped by UPS ground or USPS.  Larger feeders will ship via Truck Freight.  Items generally ship within 2 weeks. All shipments are FOB, Boerne, Texas.

Check all products for damage prior to accepting the delivery.  If any damage exists notify the carrier immediately.  Refuse the shipment if the damage is unacceptable.  Notify Sweeney Enterprises at 800-537-4631 to coordinate replacement items.
 
Products may be picked up at the factory with prior approval and coordination.

To find your order history, simply go to the Account icon in the header and login. All order history will be available in on your account page.

An order confirmation is generated and emailed immediately after you place your order.

We charge 6.75% sales tax on all order place to ship to any location in Texas.  If you have tax exempt status, please call us to process your order.

All items will be shipped by UPS ground unless they are too large to do so economically.  Larger orders, or orders containing larger feeders will ship via Truck Freight.

Our website calculates shipping by estimating package sizes and weights and then looking up the shipping cost to your shipping address using these estimated dimensions.  Occasionally for complex orders of several different items this calculation may look too high.  If this is the case, call us before you finish your order and we will manually verify the shipping amount.

Yes, we ship internationally.  However, our website is not setup to handle these orders.  Please call us to place an order to be shipped out of the United States.
